A great leaf for adding a lemon zing and Vitamin C. Making it a leafy herb that is great in soups, smoothies, salads, or baking. The plant can grow up to 2 feet tall. Plant in the early spring in a sunny location. Sow seeds sparingly and repeat every two weeks as long as the weather is cool (Spring/Fall) We add this to our green smoothies! Mix apple, celery, frozen banana, pineapple, ice, and sorrel both a refreshing and energizing way to start the day off right!
