Golden Zucchini

About 4-5 fruits are produced per plant. Bush plants, bright-golden cylindrical fruits, medium-long and slender with an excellent flavor. For best flavor, pick when they are under 10 inches long. Delightful in creamy soups, make fresh “zoodles” by mandolin slicing these and topping with fresh tomatoes, salt, pepper, and drizzle a bit of olive oil! Use as a traditional green zucchini.
