Diamond Eggplant

There is no diamond in the rough here with this eggplant. Its beautiful rich purple color and green flesh produce bountiful fruit. Each plant produces 4-6 fruits per plant. Harvest as soon as they are 9 inches long is slightly smaller to get a less bitter flavor.
