Bouquet Dill

Anethum graveolens. This variety is perfect for use in cut flower arrangements (hence the name). This variety blooms sooner than mammoth dill and is slightly smaller which makes it perfect for growing in containers. Leaves, immature flowers, and mature seeds make delicious pickling spices.
